For nearly 30 years, Forest City Gear has been proud to host tours for the Helios Gear School. One of the central tenets of the FCG philosophy is that cross-pollination within the industry is vital to the success of the industry as a whole. Learning from one another, sharing best practices, and seeing examples of technology implementation in-person serves to advance expertise and critical thinking. Participating in educational tours, such as the Helios Gear School visit, allows direct access between representatives of the industry and our own staff—the best way to exchange ideas and share knowledge.
