Forest City Gear Promotes Katie Iseli to Supplier Quality Specialist

Forest City Gear, an industry-leading manufacturer of fine- and medium- pitch custom gears, is proud to announce the promotion of Katie Iseli to the role of Supplier Quality Engineer.

Iseli began her career at Forest City Gear as a Final Inspector and quickly demonstrated her strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. In her new role, she is responsible for working directly with the company’s supply base, maintaining the approved supplier list, and monitoring quality metrics to ensure ongoing compliance and performance.

“Katie brings a commitment to quality, a strong skill set with supplier and quality management, and a willingness to go the extra mile,” said Amy Sovina, Quality Assurance Manager at Forest City Gear. “I feel she will bring a fresh perspective to the position and find ways to drive improvement both internally and within our supply chain.”

Iseli has been with Forest City Gear for about a year and has already become an integral part of the team, contributing to the company’s long-standing reputation for producing high quality precision gear work for demanding applications in aerospace, defense, robotics, and beyond.
